Delivery and Returns

General Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Flowers and Bouquets: Flowers are by nature fresh and short-lived products. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted for fresh flowers and bouquets. However, exchanges may be made for products that are damaged or incorrectly delivered during delivery.

  • Special Orders: Customized or special designs (e.g. personalized flowers with special inscriptions, special bouquets) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Defective Products: If you find any errors or defects in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Defective products will be exchanged free of charge.

Return Process:

  • Return Request: You must notify us of your return request within 24 hours of order delivery. You can submit your request by e-mail or phone.

  • Returnable Products: Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. For returns, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Return Fee: The shipping fee for the return is the responsibility of the customer. After the product is returned to us, the necessary procedures for payment will be carried out.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange Request: If there is a problem with your product or you want a different product, you can contact us within 24 hours and submit your exchange request.

  • Product Exchange: In your exchange request, the price of the new product must be the same as the old product. In case of a price difference, you may be required to pay the difference.

Situations in which returns and exchanges cannot be made:

  • Fresh Flowers and Bouquets: Purchased fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

  • Special Orders and Designs: Special orders such as personalized designs, floral arrangements, and written flowers cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return Requests Not Notified in Time: Return requests that have been received more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
